Hey Grant I guess this is a good time to mention that I am not showing as the GM of the Jackets. It has been showing Jason Skidmore - Superflyer since I joined I just didn't bother to have it changed.

Can I change this now?

When we switched to the new sim, was the OV the only rating that was to be affected or were other individual ratings supposed to change as well? I'm asking because I noticed Selanne didn't get a bump on OV like most players and then I checked his ratings and they are down from before the change.

Are you sure? I just checked and the individual attributes are identical.

A bit of a Mac update:

I had a chance to play around with the mono/terminal thing this morning. I find it you have the league filed stored somewhere else, it will load faster.

For example, in my CPHL folder on my desktop, I just have the exe file. Then on my actual desktop, I have the league file and load it from there. The program loaded instantly and then told me I had to load the league file, which I did.

For some reason, it would take up to 10 minutes to automatically load the league file when it was saved with the exe file in the CPHL folder.

I hope that makes sense?

Islanders are up and running on the new sim. Only issue I had was that Norton Insight kept on removing the program because it was under 100 users and too new however I figured out how to stop the program from removing the file. If you come across this; Go to "details" on the SONAR window then to "options", then "restore file" and make sure the box is checked to make Norton Insight disregard this file in the future. I liked the new options, I also noticed that the max of 17 players for the Farm is actually 17 players + 2 goalies because when I had this configuration it said my Farm roster was complete.

^Try deleting any of the old sim files including the old GM editor. I think that's what may be screwing you up.

I had that happen as well, what I found my problem was, is that I was extracting the files. I deleted everything, saved the files to a folder and used the .exe file right from the downloaded file without extracting anything, works fine for me now. If you are having more issues, PM me and I'll give you a hand.

Got to it today. Pretty easy in terms of downloading and setting it up (I do not use a Mac). Just went through the SIM. Some crazy features in terms of controlling each line. I'm set for the season.
