Went out for a rip tonight and wore my sunglasses at night as the smoke gets in my eyes. Didn't notice any problem breathing. I guess Edmonton is quite a bit worse (go figure  ). Going up there for a race this weekend. Just a 10k that but looking forward to watching the finish line of the marathon and 1/2 mary though  The winner is going to smoke to the finish line

I just came out of a movie just after midnight, and the smoke is way worse than when I went in. It is actually making my eyes sting. It's is the worst I have ever seen smoke in Calgary from BC Fires.
You can hardly make out the moon and it is a dark orange. From the North end of Stoney Trail, I couldnt make out a glimpse of downtown, or anything further south than McKnight. It is sort of disconcerting really.

Went up to get a snack at like 1:30am and I could smell it from inside my house, went outside my car and it was just a cloud of smoke everywhere.
Pretty bad.

I slept fine!
In other news it is still pretty bad and is worse today than yesterday. I can actually see the haze by just looking across the street at the park.
Guess its better than snow amirite?

Here's a question. The GF and I are taking in GlobalFest's fireworks tonight. What possible effect could this have?
The only good part about this smoke is the fact that BC is burning.
