This is a valid question because it is just that, a question.

This statement it makes an implication. It's putting words in Hemi-Cuda's mouth. Words of a damning nature intended to damage his character. THAT is why it's uncalled for.

how can you morally justify forcing a woman to bring a child into this world (if you had your way and abortion was abolished) that she does not want, when our resources are already strained and millions of children die of starvation every year?

If you allow it, then the timeline shouldnt matter imo, its an all in all out issue imo - there is no convenient middleground for fence-sitters.
8 months? 8.5 months? How many premature babies survive when they're that age?

i think the better question would be how many would survive with no medical assistance

It was in fact well-deserved.

Especially to someone who wants to do population control through abortion.

So you agree with the death penalty for repeat offenders?

Forcing a woman to give birth? Not at all, the person who "forced" her is either herself for being irresponsible by having sex with no intention of pro-creating, and no respect for the possible consequences, or the man who raped her.

I'm not forcing anything.

What percentage of the population needs medical assistance in order to survive?

No, it challenges the consistency of his stance. He's saying an unwanted baby is not needed and inconvenient. So are lots of people. In fact... I'd wager so are almost everyone you dont know.

sure, if you can prove 100% that they are guilty. the only problem i have with the death penalty in the states right now is that there are many cases of death row inmates being found innocent with new forensic procedures. but if someone is guilty of 1st degree murder, rape, or child molestation with no doubt, definitely stick a needle in them and be done

Or even better, how do you define medical assistance? Ongoing? Is surgery for a ruptured appendix "medical assitance?"

How about people with oxygen tanks? Or severe allergies to common things like peanuts? If they require assistance, should they be considered an inconvenient liability?
