Well I need the bottom three from the B league to be identified. Just makes sense to follow all the rules across all the leagues.
As for the e-mail information, all of that should be sent to me.

Are we going to set a cutoff date so we can get everone in the right division and set up the leagues?? By my count there is 24 confirmed teams...or 2 divisions...that are confirmed!!

There is some information that I need from members of the B and C league last year.
1. Who were the bottom three in the B league, so that they can move to the C league?
2. Can anyone identify CP Usernames for people in the C league?
PM's will be going out to the managers that have not confirmed sometime this week.

Not sure everyone's CP name though
I was commish for the B league. I can renew it and then reliquish the commish duties to someone or are we going to start brand new leagues?

I would bring one more up from the lower league, and each league below to fill the spot... then get one more guy in the D-League.

So bring up 4th place from the B league and 4th place from the C league?
Also, simmer2 has declined in the B league, so maybe bump up 4 and 5 from C league?
Can someone from the C league take a picture of the standings, as shown for the B league above?

As of this second I have 12 managers that are NOT confirmed, some have declined and some haven't gotten back to me.
If I don't hear from anyone else by next Tuesday, there will be some major reshuffling.
