Very impressive from afar and by radar, but up close, blah.

I saw that cloud while driving since I live in the NE end of the city. Looked pretty beastly. Kinda disappointed we didn't get to see a show within the city.

Wow the supercell right near Saskatoon is looking pretty nasty. Very cold cloud tops. And a tornado warning. Anyone in and around that area should be damn careful right now.

Frick just got home from hockey, had to go about 15 on the free way (4x4 would have been raging) KevanGuy nailed it, I just picked up about 5 golf ball sized hails off my front lawn.

It was stupid, I couldn't see 15 feet infront of me because of the hail.. definitely the sketchiest drive I have ever had, never seen weather like this.

The sky is just lighting up constantly, one spark after another, pretty crazy.

All you guys upset you didn't get to see the "show" can have ours, saw about 5 cars in the ditch and one into a light poll on the way home.

They really need to do something about the Strathmore radar. It seems, this year, half the time there is interesting weather in the area it is offline.

On the right, 'Radar link'. It hasn't been working very often this summer.
