Jack Nicholson might be as cool as Clint.......although I like Eastwood movies better.

The guy is the pinnacle of manliness.....


Charles Heston, on the other hand, is absolutley NOT an ass-hat. Even if you're not a gun owner or sympathizer, you should respect a guy that defends the constitution.
Besides, I am willing to bet Clint Eastwood has killed many more men on screen than Heston, ........using guns of course. Kind of hypocritical...

'The Duke' made so many flicks. Most don't hold up very well, but many are indisputable classics (The Searchers, True Grit - Being remade right now by the Coen brothers). However, he had some hilariously politically incorrect opinions on race.

The guy pretended to shoot thousands of 'dirty injuns' in the name of white manifest destiny, so I'm sure it skewed his views on things just a bit.

I would say Steve McQueen would be the hands down coolest, but he just didn't make enough flicks (however awesome he was in each and every one of them).

All-time coolest comes down to Paul Newman, Nicholson, and Squintin' Clint.

Jack's "Cool" ... But he's not in Clints League. And I love(d) PN for years and years and I miss him, But his long time partnership with Carl Haas and the blatant cheating that occured with "their" CART teams and drivers kinda made Paul slide down the scale for me.
