Its no different then the usual post execution press conference.

Personally I think Twitter as a whole is stupid, but people are demanding up to the second information.

Its no different then the aG standing in front of the press and saying

"At 12:01 am this morning we gave the go ahead to execute Gardner, may god show him the mercy that he didn't show his victim"

I think that people get up set because they have this idea that Twitter is all happy and light and brain dead celebs telling us that they had eggs for breakfast and nailed Lindsay Lohan for lunch"

Its a media which to me is irrelevant when it comes to the message.

That's not really true, you're not going to get the same avenues of appeal when the sentence is death v. life. There are simply more avenues to pursue and an increased level of appeals in a death penalty case. Not to mention the fact that the jurisprudence is quite different.
