I'm hoping for a Canada and USA rematch. It would be a much more interesting game to watch. The Finns are quite a boring team.

If the Fins beat the States there is a good chance USA won't even medal in hockey so their big win over Canada will realy be all they got.

The US might be the Slovaks but it is by no means a lock. The Slovaks beat both Russia and Sweden, therefore they could beat the USA

I'll be cheering for Kipper to not tear his groin while accepting his silver medal, if this is the final matchup.

Canada beats Finland: Canada gets gold!
Finland beats Canada: Kipper > Luongo
Win win, either way.

Canada all the way of course
If it were to happen and as much as I hate USA hockey, I think I would like to see them win gold over Finland. So Kesler gets a gold medal and Kipper doesn't.

If Finland meets Canada in the final...
then Finland would get the silver medal.

I would just pray to God that he doesn't get hurt. He's due again.
Canucks fan scenario: In a Canada-US match, I would take no consolation in seeing Kesler win a gold medal and the Canadians winning silver.
All about the flag.

That be nice and all, but him having a gold medal is not worth seeing Kipprusoff with a gold medal.

If Kipper won the gold, this place would be unbearable.....especially if it's over Luongo.

I'd rather it be 60-0 for Canada and a 1-0 win. That way, Luigi's shutout won't mean much if he didn't face a single shot.

Pretty sure he would be wanting to win 100% for Finland
so ya cheer for Canada, as someone else said. The front of the shirt not the back

I see a Canuck crest underneath the Maple Leaf on Luongo's jersey and I see a Flame crest underneath Kiprusoff's jersey. Kiprusoff is the better goalie and above all, he wants to win the Stanley Cup. He will be thinking about his Calgary Flames since he will be playing another big game on Wednesday against the Wild.

I don't know about that. Kiprusoff is better than Luongo.

I agree totally.
In fact, I have thought since the Olympics began that the perfect way to win would be for Canada to win 1-0 with Iggy potting the winner with 30 seconds to go with Kipper having the game of his life.

The fact that there's a major talent disparity between the two teams means that Luongo probably won't need to be nearly as good for Canada to win the gold as Kipper would have to be and lets face it Kipper right now is probably the better goaltender.
