WTH? Why give up the single point if your going to kneel down? Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! I had a bad feeling about this game. Stamps should be winning this game by at least 10 points.

And Summers proves his own stupidity as well in conceding the single. Bah, hate that sort of mistake, even if it's only one point.

Its not Summers, hes just doing what the idiot coaches tell him to do. I dont understand why they continually give up free points when all they have to do is run the dam ball 5 yards!

That play was beyond stupid! You are very likely going to take a knee and kill the clock anyway, run the damn ball out!
Wow just wow, are the coaches drunk? Either way, not scoring majors when we had the chance is going to come back to bite us.

And it didnt go out at the 2,3 or 5. So I don't follow that logic.
However, Stamps fail to capitalize in the red zone.... again. That will cost them later and they know it... this is a replay of the Rider game.

i understand what you are saying but he didn't even put an effort to go after the ball. If that ball hit the 5 yard line and bounced out of bounds it means the Stamps starts on the 5 yard line. Luckily the Stamps won the challenged and the Eskimos got the no-yard penalty. BTW, I was just using those 2,3 or 5 yards as an example.
Not arguing about those missed opportunities though. IT might bite them in their butt later on. One more boo-boo on special team giving up a single point with 22 seconds left. They could run the ball out even to 5 yards. They wasted the 22 seconds anyways. I didn't understand that Summers' decision. Oh well. It is now 9-7 Calgary after the first half.

there is no way in hell the coaches told him to take a knee in the endzone there...no way at all.
It happens often with American kids in the CFL that they dont remember the single point rule on kickoffs...they are aware of it on FG's and punts usually, but it is so rare it ever happens on a KO they simply forget it.

I have a very bad feeling about this game.
Missed opportunities on both sides. Stamps should be up by more than 2 given how their defense played though.
Offense simply dried up late in the season and in playoffs and if they lose it'l be talked about all off-season.

Looks to be the case.
Stamps put up good stats in the 1st half except on the scoreboard, not good.

You could hear the fans screaming at Summers to run the ball out.

The offence has been awful all season long, this team has not found there stride at all. They have let us down a lot, and once again today. The defence cannot do much more.
Markus Howell should be benched, even if he didnt touch the ball, he did not make an effort to go after the ball when the Eskimo player chased the ball. Super lazy play, never put in the hands of the refs, esepcially CFL refs.

Love the dump-off play to Reynolds. Wish the Stamps would use it more.
