haha Andrew is a good dude. Basically the most positive guy ever, and just excited about everything.
As for flameswin's suggestion, it's a good one but I think really just figuring out an ice time on a week to week basis that you could get a spot somewhere where it's predictable would be the way to do this. I really feel like if it's publicized that there's stick&puck at X Arena on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:30 or whatever, you'll fill that up - probably far more easily than you would a public skating time.
