I absolutely love The Office.... have been a huge fan since season 1. Sure the characters are to over the top but I think that is what I like about it.

I did find that last season the Dwight character was starting to lose some of the things that made him so great, but it's already better this season.

Kevin cracks me up every time he talks.

That is exactly my thought on this. I watched all of the UK Version a few years ago and while I found it funny, David was a little over the top in this way. It was incredibly uncomfortable...to the point where the comedy was almost lost on me.

Michael still has that same quality, but its a little more made for TV feeling and I guess while I think he's an idiot I just don't feel uncomfortable watching him.

The jokes that Tim played on Nigel in the UK version were way better though...so there is some give and take here I guess.

I thought Season 5 was pretty terrible from the Angela licking cats, to the Dwight, Andy, and Angela love triangle. Blah.

Season 6 has been good so far, the wedding episode was one of the best I've ever seen... funniest one since that classic Christmas episode when Michael picks up the two waitresses and can't remember which one was his!

The one where Michael and his girlfriend had Pam and Jim over for dinner was a favorite of mine.

I also loved that one. Particularly when Michael is showing off his "big screen" TV. "Sometimes I can just stand here for hours and watch that thing".

And the girlfriend's reaction when Pam and Jim give her a mediocre wine.

The rumor episode was hilarious. This season has been pretty good so far, the only week episode was the Mafia episode, but Kevin stealing Jim's credit card made up for it.

I know he didn't steal it (to use), but I thought he found it and was calling people as Jim, then they phoned and Kevin canceled it by accident.

He hijacked Jim's office while he was in Jamaica and the CC company called the office number to ask about some charges and Kevin answered the phone and answered some generic questions and the operator thought he was Jim so the CC company cancelled the card (prob thought it was stolen since being used in Jamaica).

Remember - Kevin is "######ed" hahahaha.

Plus, the Office receptionist is hot - why dont we have access to that temp agency

I agree, the Mafia one was weak.

And yes, the secretary is super hot but also pretty awkward... I like it.

Another great scene:

Michael and Pam do a road trip to other branches, and Michael demonstrates his awesome memory skills by saying out loud all the offensive names he created to identify people.

http://www.officequotes.net/index.php

Michael: I don't know you. But I need to know you in order to sell to you. That is why I have asked you to go around and tell me your names. I have an amazing mnemonic device, by which I have memorized all of your names. Shirty, mole, lazy eye, Mexico, baldy, sugar boobs, black woman. I have taken a unique part of who you are, and I have used that to memorize your name. Baldy, your head is bald. It is hairless. It is shiny, it is reflective like a mirror. "M" your name is Mark.
Mark: Yes.
Michael: Got it. It works.
Karen: Uh, it's very insulting.
Michael: But it works. I would like you all to give this a shot. What do you say?
Mark: But we already know each other's names.
Michael: Well, then it will be easier for you. But I, I still think it's worthwhile, to give a, give it a try.
Karen: Okay. All right everyone, meeting's over.
Michael: Oh, I still have more.
Karen: Can I please see you in my office, please?
Michael: She is pregnant. She is knocked up. "K" Karen. Pam, let's go.

Michael: It does not matter to me at all whether this baby is biologically mine. I am going to love it. It's like when the dog nurses the tiger cub. Have you seen that video? It is... it's so bizarre and unnatural, but... it, it happens.

Andy: So Jan, tell my intended about the miracle of childbirth.
Jan: Well, actually, I, uh, I had a tub birth. And it was really, really quite amazing.
Angela: You gave birth in a tub?
Jan: Yeah, it's a really nice transition from womb to world, you know, kind of like a big womb.
Kelly: Um, so you're in the tub with everything?
Jan: Oh, yeah, the afterbirth floats, yeah.
Creed: Must be like the tide at Omaha Beach

Kevin: Hey Jan, you went to a sperm bank?
Jan: Uh, yes, I did.
Kevin: I donated sperm.
Jan: Oh.
Kevin: Maybe I'm the father.
Jan: Well, this is a highly exclusive establishment.
Kevin: Next to the IHOP?
