Although still a idiot, different circumstances, a bear in captivity would continue to expect food from humans and so could never be released into the wild... I'm not sure why zoo's would not take him perhaps there are too many instances of bears becoming to accustomed to humans due to idiots and so most are euthanized when this happens...

Tigers are an endangered species, the Zoo will continue to take care of them (e.g. their owner and care taker was not killed and so orphaned)

I think it will take a lot more than a couple drunk ######s before an endangered species is killed. 1 of those options is another zoo takes our tigers and we no longer have them because of these idiots. I think it would become a international incident if we killed a endangered animal because of human stupidity. Highly unlikely in my mind.

Tigers are totally unfair. How can you be 600 pounds and sneaky? They run totally fast, and like someone else said, they can leap 10 metres and hunt elephants. The other animals don't even have a chance, never mind people.
