Winter tires are like sex. Anyone who thinks either is overrated are not speaking from experience.

Neither are great when it's really wet and sloppy though.

Too far?

The rest of October looks to be WELL below normal as well.

I'm moving south the first chance I get. I HATE snow.

Arizona blows Florida out of the water. Good choice.

Currently I'm enjoying the East Bay's 72 degrees. Clear skies, no snow and I still get to enjoy the start of hockey, football's regular season and the beginning of the baseball playoffs, only sans freezing.

My parents used to spend thier winters in Arizona until my father passed away. My mistake was not telling mother i'd help with the costs of owning the place as she couldn't afford to do it on her own. They had a small 850 square foot home in a gated golf course community in Chandler. All it would have taken was me helping to pay the utlities and taxes. Instead of winter holidays in Hawaii I could be playing golf in AZ.

Stupid effing me for having that brain fart!

Inferior educational system - Florida 1, Arizona 0.

For retirement, I love Arizona - dry heat, great golf courses year round, limited rainy season, incredible cost of living, etc...

I can't wait to live in an adults only community, golf 18 holes a day, drive a golf cart every where I need to go, catch the early bird special every day at 4:30pm and be in bed by 8. Only, 30 more years...

SNOW! YEEE HAAAWW!!! I friggin' love winter! I've been ready for winter since we signed Jay Bouwmeester. Already got my first ski-trip planned, booked and paid for, the skis at the shop getting waxed and am looking for a second pair of goggles for the season.

Summer is for children and the elderly.

WINTER!!! WOO HOO!

I miss winter. Constant heat is not all it's cracked up to be.

Maybe you and I could trade places of residence Besides I'd love to live in an area where I could play golf 12 months of the year and drink beers afterwards on a patio or deck.

Yeah I'd be happy to home swap. Typically my parents rent a condo in Florida for the winter but this year they opted to go to Europe for their anniversary instead.. Boo for me..
