If they wanted money so bad, they'd actually hire someone at $9 an hour to sit in a booth at their lots and collect it. Fact of the matter is an impark ticket, holds the same weight as if I write a note to someone who parks in my driveway saying they owe me 60 dollars for parking there. They are entitled to the money owed for parking in that spot, nothing else.
Their "collections agency" is actually a subsidiary company of Impark, who operate out of the same building. Why do they use their own company? No true collections agency would buy these debts from them. Even they know it's a fruitless cause as they have no leverage to get money out of people.
