Speaking as an a designer, I'd rate those rooms about a 6.5/10

There are quite a few minor errors, especially with the furniture selection.

I figured as much, but I can't imagine it being significantly lower than what the formula would arrange. In fact I would probably expect it to be higher, due to the time and difficulty of selling a house like this.

a lot of realtors, once you get past $2.5M, will charge you a fee, no matter if the house sells or not. I know of a realtor that would charge 70,000-80,000, because of the cost of the marketing the home.

I remember being at US customs in Calgary last fall when Vernon was applying for a work permit to go work for the Bolts.

The border guy wasn't going to let him travel because he didn't have the required number of years as a goalie consultant and wasn't qualified for the position.

Guy obviously wasn't a hockey fan.....
