I bid on Perrin hoping that he would fly under the radar....almost surely I didn't pay enough and won't get him.

Lots of players were bid on, league has finished first pass on it. However two of bids were rejected due to insufficient cap room. League will notify the GMs tonight.

You can have Grier at that price. The Stars weren't willing to pay that much for Mike Grier. I only offered Grier 1.4 million.

I didn't give Grier much because I bid more on Matt Cooke than those offers that were revealed. I offered a full 3 years to him and a full 3 years to Douglas Murray.

Wow you gave him more then $2.65? Did you break 3 for Cookie?

I didn't go over 3 million for Cooke. I offered 2.81 million per season.
