Wait a minute! I-- pickup attempt? I-- I'm offended. I have very little time to get to the gym, so I have to sculpt my guns at the office!

I've never done this, except as a self-depricating joke when we're playing around at home. Course I don't indulge in a lot of male/macho behaviour.
I don't think you see it as much here in Calgary cause we aren't by the beach. Maybe in other parts of the world. Course I'm not spending a bunch of time looking at men either.

or suck in their stomach or stick out their behind when they walk by an attractive guy..you know, the "Walk".
I guess because I like to work out myself, muscles do impress me. It's not materialistic or superficial, it shows that a guy is taking care of himself. Im not talking about gross, steroid induced muscles..Im just talking about the "natural" kind.

I once was accused of this for some reason. I reached back to scratch the back of my head and a girl automatically assume I was flexing in front of her. I thought she was joking, but she wasn't.
Are you my crazy friend MissKat?

Lucky guy. My arms are actually too muscular to allow me to scratch the back of my head.

Was she pretty enough for you to impress? You could have had a nice comeback line if she wasn't.

This is so horribly true. The asian women part is much more true in Vancouver.

No, she was just an average looking nutjob. If she was good looking, I would have told her that she wasn't THAT good looking, and not to flatter herself.

I flex a different muscle... heh heh.
But seriously, I don't really see that at all. But if I do, just the same ######bags that think it's cool to take 'roids and have 50 inch arms.

In fact a guy who constantly tries to impress the ladies by showing their biceps or huge traps is a complete turn off to women. We see you guys as complete tools lol - especially when some guys will do the bicep curl gesture (sigh)
Anyone else agree?

It's because the alternative is asking girls to feel their package.

OMG I have to update this. This dude I work with, he is the biggest tool Ive met. He works out, yes he has a nice body and has tats on his arms and stud earings. But he is so obssessed about his muscles and I always catch him flexing his muscles in front of female customers - wtf is up with that? lol. Hes always wearing these super tight muscle shirts cut off half way up his bicep just to show his arms. He does this constantly everytime ive worked with him haha. What a loser.

What I hate is when a woman has large breasts, and then she wears a low-cut top and is always leaning over or otherwise attracting attention to them by doing things like fiddling with a necklace or adjusting some buttons. Does she think that members of the opposite sex are attracted when she flaunts her physical attributes like that?

There's obviously a difference between wanting to look good, and obsessing over it. The later often coming with self esteem issues.
Wanting to look good is natural, healthy for the mind and body. But constantly showing it off whether it be with flexing, or low cut clothing, is something different.
Women are just as guilty of this as men if not more. They just don't 'flex'.
