On Winnipegs first TD - aided by the pass interference call on Calgary the play before, it really looked like incidental contact. On the TD itself, it looked like in may have been pass interference on Winnipeg.
Calgary's recievers plus Burris have been terrible for 6+ quarters.

I have to agree.
The Stamps are playing terrible, but could easily be winning this game if the reffing was consistent.
The worst case is that garbage extra penalty to the Stamps on the mini-brawl. That handed Winnipeg an extra 4 points (and potentially 7) on a silver platter. If it's off-setting Winnipeg gets a field goal at worst.
Those 4 points swing this from a one score game to a two score game - HUGE deal.
