Hilarious. I hate Lisa episodes in much the same way I hate Troi or Bev Crusher episodes of TNG.

Blink 182 Jumped the Shark when they released "Blink 182".

They went from terrible to terribler.

That is the exact episode where it went to crap.

He has some mythical standing as a superhero of Simpsons writing when in reality he only wrote on season 4 and IIRC only has ONE episode credited solely in his name and that was the monorail episode. And while that is a fantastic episode and I don't doubt that as a staff writer Conan helped create numerous awesome jokes, his arrival and then his departure, like a year and half later, had ZERO impact on the funniness of the show. Simpsons was funny for a couple of years before he got there and was funny for about 4 1/2 seasons after he left.

I laughed my ass off when in Family Guy within the first few minutes they established a plot centered around Meg, and Peter warns you to change the channel because it's a Meg Episode.

My "NIN jumped the shark" post had nothing to do with NIN. It was purely a personal attack on you, because I saw you were reading the thread, and everyone knows you're the niggest NIN fan alive, and I knew it would get you going.

Nah, the episode where Stewie married that little girl and she cheated on him with another character voiced by Alan Alda and Stewie burned them to death in his playhouse.

Then afterwards he's talking with Brian and he says something to the effect of

Stewie - "Why do we need girls anyways, why can't we do all the things that we do with girls with guys, like our buddies"

Brian - "Then you'd be gay"

Stewie - "Oh yeah, I could get into that"

GM jumped the shark when they started releasing such winners as the Cadillac Cimarron, Buick LaCrosse, Chevy Citation "X cars", and of course, the Corvair.

Big Rock jumped the shark when they let me get away with using this nickname and avatar.

RCHP might as well have just been called "The Shark Jumpers." In my opinion they sounded over-the-hill and washed up from the beginning. Their first album was like the last dying gasp of something that used to be cool but by the time it was released it had been touched by every last money grubbing soul-sucking executive type that it reeked worse than the origin story of a poo-baby.

Most over-rated band ever.

Batman's a scientist?
It's not Batman!

That episode is one of the best ever. I could be reading some magazine about some new high speed monorail train in Japan and in the back of my head I start singing monorail....MONORAIL.....MONORAILLLLLLLLL!!!!!

Damn song is gonna be stuck in my head for an hour now.

The Flames might jump the shark if Sutter hires another Sutter to be the coach, which would be (AFAIK) the first time the same pro sports team has hired 3 different brothers as head coach.
