Didn't know a new Touch was likely - my nephew is saving up for one, so I'll give his parents a heads up. If he can hold off, he might get a deal if he waits. But he desperately wants one for his birthday next week. He's been saving up and is counting on some birthday cash to come in so he can buy it.

I don't know the answer to either question, but if they release the new Itouch this week....I expect the prices to drop very soon after that.

I've been and out in reading the live stream, but it looks like the only big Touch news is that it will have the 3.0 OS by the middle of june.
