The bottom line is, if someone can't transfer information correctly, it calls into question the integrity of everything. For example, if it was a speeding ticket, how do we know that the kilometers were transerred to the ticket correctly? How do we know that the calibration information from the radar was correctly recorded? How do we know that other details were ignored due to laziness?

And it is as simple as that? Hell, I could pull over to the side of the road and transfer data completely accurate in my Prelude. But something tells me, its a little different when police pull over someone that isn't happy they got a ticket at the least, or someone that just killed his wife and has her stuffed in the trunk. Rather sensational maybe, but it gets the point across. There are countless factors that police have to consider, the least of which are being cold and in the rain.
And will you look at that, another spelling mistake. I am starting to question the validity of anything you post on here.

Sorry to bump an almost ancient thread, but I'm trying to pay a couple of my bylaw tickets, I put them in the mail sunday (with my credit card info on the back for payment) So I knew they wouldn't be mailed until monday, and it is now Wednesday and they have to be in by Friday because that is the deadline.
Should I be okay on this? I'm yet to be charged on my credit card, I'm really hoping they get there as soon as possible. There is no online way to pay is there?
Thanks in advance all.

When I mailed tickets before it was the mailing date they went by iirc. You should be good.

Thanks for the replies fellas. For some reason I thought I remembered the ticket saying that the money needed to be recieved by the date listed (for me, Fri. Aug 13)
Either way though it shouldn't take more than 3 days for a letter to circulate the city....should it? And there is no online payment method is there? I looked and couldn't find one...

So, your inability to read the dates on posts (or simple awareness of the "thanks button") is somebody else's fault?
The bumper had his question answered in a timely fashion.
You need to learn how to be responsible for yourself. I mean, how old are you?

I'm 94 years old.
Yes because every post I read I scan the time and date and I'm sure you do the same. Bumping old threads is a pain in the arse, and it's not something new on the internet or forums. If you were older and more experienced on the interwebs you'd know that already. How old are you?
