One thing for me - fix the custom music issue - its an awesome feature, but the fact that the music is so quiet, it makes it useless.

The 2K series had it work fantastically, no reason why EA can't do the same.

I agree. I do think though that the CPU coach should be smarter when it comes to lines. For example when I played a season as a forward the first line was Iginla - Cammy - Bertuzzi. Because I played the same position as Iggy when I was promoted to the first line I replaced him when really I should have been moved into Bertuzzi's position.

I think adding more of a TV broadcast feel would greatly improve the game, More cut scenes such as when you call a timeout you see your team around the bench and make the C of Red more apparent .

Also make the equipment more customizable such as changing the color scheme on gloves, tongues out for the skates, stick tape.

Agreed. If the coach intelligence was a bit more sensical there wouldn't be the need to override it. That said, even if the coaches are making better decisions it would be nice to have a trade request option or some way to voice your displeasure with getting stuck in a bad situation. It could be set-up where doing it at the wrong time upsets chemistry, gets you healthy scratched etc.

Please make the AI not horiffic. Seriously, playing Be A Pro mode as the goalie is just dumb... unless you can pitch a shutout in every game, you won't be getting a lot of wins. It's apparent how terrible the AI is when you watch them try to set up plays without you there.

I really agree with this, and I like playing goalie in BAP.

Your defensemen just don't take the guy out front, in fact your defensemen don't even take the right guy.

You never see enough shots to get a good save percentage going at all.

This would be the best way to do it.

Have your player start in the playoffs for your favorite junior, college or european team. Even just the finals. Depending on how you play you get drafted or not. If not you have to sign a tryout contract for whatever pro team is interested.

I think there should be training camp mode for all players, and it gives you an opportunity to increase your attributes slightly depending on how you do. But there's also a chance for a decrease if you struggle in training camp.

Trade demands would be important as well.

For those of you on PS3 some good news out of EA today, the customizable music is definitely going to be in.

Hey guys, I'm in the hotel in Vancouver and just want to let you guys know that I've read all your feedback and writing up my report for tomorrow. I'll make sure to get all the major points in and try to fit in as many minor issues/suggestions possible.

Thanks again.

!! YES!!

I hated that, I played Left Wing so I could play with Iggy on RW. Then when I check the lines, Iggy plays left wing, I was like what the heck is this?

So annoying that you can't play with the best player on your team.

I still ended up potting 165 goals and 65 assists in the 70 odd NHL games I played that season, but still.

Looks like the passing is getting a significant upgrade. Some changes to goaltending and the dynasty mode mentioned as well.

I really hope they add to BAP. I've never even played the game in any other mode, the potential is unbelievable.

I love this time of year!! Some comments on the things mentioned in the video (mentioned by valo403):

Passing - Personally I didn't realize this was as big a problem. Personally I can't say the passing bugged me at all.

Goalie Fixes - Having a dedicated goalie guy on staff all year sounds pretty cool. I'm excited to see what they come up with. I'd like to see the exploits fixed, but at the same time I can't score a whole lot in this years game, so if they up the difficulty much I may find myself F'd.

Dynasty Upgrade - Bitchin. After playing BAP for a couple seasons I've renewed my love for dynasty. BAP was cool, but I didn't get the immersion that a dynasty provides. Any upgrade is solid news to me.

Love for Past Generations - This was mentioned slightly at the end of the video and I'm very glad to hear it (even though it may only hint at the return of season mode). My biggest complaint about the series is that many things that the games used to do have been left out over the years that were very cool. I'd love to sit down with every single version and pick out what was awesome and try to incorporate it. For example, even back in the very first game you could actually watch highlights of other games once your game was complete. How cool would this be near the tail end of the season or during the playoffs? You could even re-skin it as an espn recap, almost like throwing on sportscenter once the game is done.

Edit: I can't find the youtube version, but the first video mentioned some interesting things as well. An oilers jersey for an oiler to sign for community day? Jesus, it's going to be Alice isn't it? I also noticed at the end of the video he mentioned they were still working on improving the crowds. That made me tingle a bit.

Edit 2: Somebody made a good point that Alice is in Switzerland ... Now that I think about it didn't last year have some canuck jobbers at community day?

The biggest thing that I think is missing is a real, true, endurance indicator.

I would really like to see physical play rewarded. If I key on Alice Hemsky during a game, he should get slower, his passes and shots less acurate and he should be more prone to giveaways.

For someone who really brings a physical brand, I would like to be rewarded for the excitement that I bring.

I think it would also make updating your characteristics in some areas more important. Like, a dangler better up his endurance if he wants to be effective in the third period.

That would really increase the realism.

I have srteaming music from my computer, if you go into xbox menu during the game, go to where you can change your music and crank the volume. as well as go into game settings and turn off menu/game music. i turn down everything except my music and the sound effects
