Meh last year in the playoffs Sproles still ran pretty well against Indy. Had this been a few years ago and LT had not been playing it have a much bigger impact then the watered down Tomlinson of today. But in the end it is a break for the Colts but Rivers has been playing good enough he could win this game on his back alone.

Tomlinson will play. Gates will not.

Much better situation for the Colts then the other way around.

NBC commentators puzzled why the "high powered" ARI offense went 3 and out to start the game.

Only 1 win of thier 9 against a team that's good enough to get into this years playoffs, not an obvious enough reason?

Seem to be doing pretty good thus far, buddy. You don't think clinching the playoffs halfway through the season has an effect on performance?

Arizona will win if Clancy Penderglast tries not playing corners 10 yards off every third down.

I think we're really going to see both offences put up points in the second half here. Down 11 points on the road in a playoff game and a rookie QB has them up at the half. That's just something I'm not used to seeing. That catch by Fitzgerald on the first TD was sick, guy has the best hands in the NFL by a mile.

Looks like we know who the NFL wants to win after two brutal non-calls in under a minute. That could easily be the turning point.

Looks like the Cards can run the ball if they feel like it. Nice drive to go back up by 11. I think the Falcons rally with 17 unanswered to go up 34-28 and than the Cards get the winning TD in the final 30 seconds for the 35-34 win.

ARI isn't much different a team then last years, I've seen enough of their games over the years. With SEA out of the picture this year, they won the NFC west by default, as they hadn't beaten a team other then an NFC West team in almost 3 months. Even then, they left it late...one loss to SF and it would've come down to a tie breaker for the division.

They're actually winning the game because they're running this game, which is likely a wrinkle that ATL didn't count on, because they haven't shown it all season (last in the league in rushing), which is why James wants out.

What the hell were the linebackers doing there. EPIC FAIL.

Well good on the cardinals, when do you think the Cuba Gooding Jr. interviews start?

Also, The University of Phoenix Stadium is gorgeous.

Yup, inexplicable for a veteran to make that read. Early mistakes by Ryan and then giving up that safety did as much for ATL to lose that as ARI to win.

Was just about to post this....I thought that's what I heard on the intros...so headed to the NFL website and sure enough...went back on the PVR, sure enough.

Looks like he's the backup, thrust in to start after an injury to the other rookie guard.

Pretty cool to hear someone say "University of Calgary" amongst all those other names on US national TV.

haha, I did the EXACT same thing. Rewinded the intro's twice. Then googled him.

Don't think we'll ever hear those words on NBC again (unless the Colts win).

I'm at a loss at how Manning didn't see the guy coming.

Great punt by Smith and terrible coverage.

Session called for a facemask while a Charger player is holding his facemask!
