I got a few gift cards (Safeway, Futureshop, iTunes), a couple of shirts, and some socks. I'm all about practicality when it comes to receiving gifts. I would rather not get anything, but my family doesn't seem to take no for an answer.

It was a good Christmas. I am never a huge fan of family gatherings, but both so far this year were pretty good. One of my mom's aunts is sick with cancer, and nobody really knows how much longer she has, so it's always nice to be able to spend time with people like that.

Main gifts,

47 inch LCD LG tv..(from my parents)
Gf and I got motorcycles from her father. (He builds/fixes bikes) So we each get one they will be ready by spring.
On top of all that got some cash, a free night in banff, its been crazy this year....

To be honest I felt that the bigger gifts were too much...

I guess I've already failed, cause I always put way too much milk in my cereal.

Really?

I really am surprised it fit. I tried a kids jersey once and, not surprisingly, it was incredibly tight in the chest area. I guess I am not built like a child. (I apologize for that last sentence, I've had wine and no sleep.)

But this one fit, I am wearing it right now and it's awesome. Hopefully, it brings the Sens some luck the rest of the season. I am not holding my breath though...

My awesome sister has agreed to exchange the Crosby jersey for a Malkin one!!!

I wish I could keep both but I like Malkin a bit better.

Now I have to get Tanguay off my CGY jersey and Iginla on.

In other words, they bought themselves a christmas without you and your bro?

I've scored large so far. A counter top dishwasher, a GPS, some nice knives (for cooking, not stabbing hobos, Locke) and a swiss army wallet. Even though I don't do wallets. This thing is pretty nice. Nice enough to make me consider my stance on wallets. And I haven't even seen my mom yet. Gotta go there now and guaranteed she's got a 24 or something waiting for me. As much as I hate christmas, I really do love it. I'm bringing her a couple varieties of Baileys. Bought my sis a gallon of Franks Red Hot. I'm so proud of me.

I got exactly what I wanted.

Nothing.

I'm not overly materialistic. I just am enjoying spending the time with my family, other than this short break to see what's going on here. Sounds like a lot of people got some pretty cool gifts though. Merry Christmas everyone.
