I am truely scared for O'Bama (hes Irish) There are alot of retarted people down here that cant stand him because hes white.
What scares me the most if some idiot does kill that man that we will extream racial violence in this country white vs black.
The only thing I can think of is the movie shooter. anything is possible.
I for one thinks this makes Americans look retarted. Just look at some of the comments above.

Im not saying that people on here are saying this about americans. Im saying you know people that do say this about Americans.
I hope it didnt come off that way.

No Im not saying you and or anyone is retarted. Im saying this makes a generalsation of americans up north look bad and makes us americans look retarted if you look at the post above is what I used. I know that the poster wasnt meaning that.
Im not upset.
Personally I dont care what any country thinks of americans because alot (mostly european) countries think all americans are retarted like bush and that all of us are like him.

And I get attacked for saying that 2 million won't vote for him because he is black. This should really make transplant's brain explode.
As for this attack, I agree that we will see lots more cases of unorganized nutjobs trying to take down Obama. It would take far more planning than anything that these hate groups could dream of being able to muster.
As for blaming every problem in the world on Americans, I don't think that fair. We blame the American government. And as Colin Mochrie said, you really can't blame the American people for that... they chose Gore. I guess you get the blame for the second term though.
-=-=-=-
As for the aforementioned riots, I think the person that said "why wouldn't there be riots?" was thinking what I was... that blacks, whites, latinos, asians, native americans, etc... would all take to the streets demanding justice. I hope it wouldn't spark race riots. Obama is *NOT* Martin Luther King. He is not speaking on behalf of the black community. He isn't making promises to African-Americans alone... he is talking about improving the lives of all Americans. I would hope that the black community would see that a solid progression has been made in the last few decades. Actually, if you asked me 2 years ago if I thought a black man had a chance to become president, I woulda said that was crazy. So strides, greater than anything I would have imagined, have been made. So I would hope that ALL Americans would be upset if there was an assassination, and they would focus that anger on the right party, rather than fighting amongst themselves.

I hope you're being sarcastic... but, in case you aren't...
1) I didn't exactly perform a scientific poll to come up with that number.
2) In a country of 306 million people, are you saying it's unfathomable to think there is 3 million redneck racists with polished shot guns and a couple pitchforks? Especially in a country with a long, distinguished history of deep-seeded racism that is only now starting to turn the corner? There's probably 3 million racists in Canada, and you're questioning 3 million in the US?
Now... how many actually want to kill Obama, who knows? Maybe it isn't 3 million. Maybe it's 2 million. Or 1 million. Hell, maybe it's 10, maybe it's a gazillion-trillion-bazillion...
I was only just making a point. Every once in a while it's OK to let go of the need to interpret everything as an attempt at literal fact, and just let people make a point. This isn't the Debate Team.

Nope, still don't believe that there are 3 million people in the US that want to kill Obama.
In case nobody noticed, the KKK isn't exactly 'big' in the south anymore.
Lots of people might be racist, but to go as far as to try and kill a Presidential candidate? You're looking at a VERY, VERY small part of the population. VERY small.
Did I mention VERY small.

I'm not agreeing with the 3 million number, I really have no clue how many people it'd be, but if I were to guess I'd say about 1 in 250 people would be happy to see Obama assassinated. Does that seem unrealistic? Because 1 in 250 equals just over 1.2 million.

Nope, still don't believe it.
Again, racism doesn't translate into having enough hatred for the guy that you want to kill him.

Oh man... I can't tell you how many times I actually yelled at her on my TV set from my living room...
Such an awesome show, and I'm completely stoked that it's back on in a month.
Edit: Actually, it was probably only once or twice. I was just going for effect... but I better clarify before someone calls for a straight jacket.
