sunridge bestbuy/eb games/hmv are saying hopefully tomorrow. i thought i hit the jackpot at futureshop, but it was all 2K9. Boo! the guy also said nhl09 won't be in for another couple weeks. i burst out laughing in front of him, and walked away. can't believe how clueless some ppl are.

i dont know about wii specifically, but everywhere i have read about possible nhl 09 purchases, people are saying that all the stores keep trying to sell them 2k9 instead. i did have a few stores do that to me when i was looking earlier as well. but no idea what consoles they might have it for.

Well I'm an Easterner and I don't have it. I have received the same info as most on here...EB says sometime tomorrow and Walmart said the 11th.

reports are coming in on the ea forums that pretty much every store in the toronto area has them. that seems to be the one reliable area for getting a copy.

OT: Nice Sig Jayems. The lady from Cal-crests just sent me an email asking me to come down and look at the finished logo before they proceed. You should head down, I'll be there in about hour and a half. The only crappy thing is, I think the shoelace is the wrong color on the red jersey, it's white instead of black.

As for Easterners it sounds like it's bleeding it's way through the province. If St. Catherines has it everybody has to have it.

Got my call at 2:00 (noon in Calgary) and just put my copy in. The EB stores here sent dudes up to Toronto as the couriers were saying tomorrow.

i think it is pretty unlikely anyone gets the game today.

from what i have gathered, it looks like toronto area EB games sent employees to pick up their shipments instead of waiting for them to get delivered tomorrow like everyone elses.

i have been watching numerous forums all day (my job is boring) and have yet to really see anyone outside that area actually get a copy.

Does anyone know of anywhere in the city that actually has the game, they just arent releasing it for sale yet? perhaps you can over-pay by $10 or so to get it tonight?!..
