The best way to find out all the ghost cars is to visit the scene of a major car accident. All the traffic guys drive unmarked cars and flock to the major accidents for reconstruction.

Heads up on a newly spotted undercover truck while I was out getting a coffee. (The benefits of working very close to the new court centre)

It is a bare bones white 2WD F250 with a white topper. The easy way to spot it is it has big "Think and Drive" logos on the doors and tailgate along with www.saferoads.com on the side of the box.

All the vehicles mentioned in this thread I've seen. Today I saw the Charger on Deerfoot. Kinda slick, but not nearly as incognito as the truck I was talking about in the OP. And I'm pretty sure they're new. I've seen cops in trucks for awhile as well, including that Expedetion that the tac-team uses. Those guys busted me for drinking a beer on 8th ave last summer. Actually, it was kinda funny. I was standing there with a buddy and we had just left a pub and we snuck our beers out. We were standing in front of a garbage can shwailing the beers so that we could toss them in the trash when I noticed movement behind the tinted windows of the Expedition parked right in front of us. I squinted and peered at the window when it opened and a cop says something to the effect of "hurry up and finish that". Lol. Cool guy.

But anyway, these trucks I was talking about in the original post are brilliantly incognito. The lights on the sideview mirrors are incorporated into what would be a signal light. And the lights on the rearview, which are usually a dead giveaway, are behind the mirror. So from behind the vehicle, you can't see a bigger mirror.
And the headache rack sorta blocks the lights in the back window. It's really well done. It honestly looks like a contractor's truck instead of a ghost car. And if these bad boys have been around for a couple of years and I haven't noticed, I'm surprised.
