Hilarious, I fall under normal when all my life I've been called skinny, a rack of bones etc. I'm 6'0 and 150lbs. According to that BMI thing pretty much 90% of all North Americans are fatties!

I have been craving doughnuts for awhile now... I am trying to hold out though, I have a wedding to go to this weekend and I really don't want to look.... pudgy. I will binge on doughnuts afterwards.

Guilty as charged. We'll have to do a "lineman" jog during warmups from now on.

Your living in denial if you think that Canada is much differant from the USA when it comes to obesity.

My BMI is 27.6, but I'm only 10-15 lbs overweight (If I lose any more than that I look like a bone rack) but at that level, my BMI is 26.9
To get under 25, i'd have to lose 40 lbs, which would make me look as if I was on my death bed.
Ridiculous

I don't remember what the test was called, but I remember doing a test ( In Junior High) where part of the test was the measurement of the circumference of my wrists. Now, back then, I was a scrawny stick, but I have TINY wrists compared to my body size. I think the result said I was 50 pounds overweight.
I bet if I did the same test today, it would tell me that I'm 75 pounds overweight, at least.

Do you travel to the US often? I do and I can tell you there is a noticeable increase in the amount of heavily overweight people. Especially in some of the southern states.
