Is there any interest in getting a group together at a pub some night to discuss all of the issues surrounding home purchases? It seems these questions are coming up frequently, and I know there a number of "experts" here that might be willing to meet and provide information. A good chance for networking as well.

I think we could bring out a lender/broker, realtor, lawyer, financial advisor, accountant, etc.
