I used to commute from Marlborough Park to Signal Hill shopping centre... I worked evening shifts at a restaurant there. I could make it home in 28 minutes at 1:30 am, but the afternoons needed at least 40 minutes to make the trip.

Maybe if he skipped past the 37th/Glenmore intersection using illegal means and drove like a maniac the rest of the way with the new interchange at Glenmore/Macleod he could make that trip.

Pretty disturbing string of carjackings, I hope the justice systems comes down quite hard on this one.

While I am not going to show the blame GTA card, the very first thing that came to mind was GTA. Just about anyone who's played it has done the exact same thing going on a string of random carjackings. A disturbed individual to say the least but I wouldn't be surprised if this was an attempt to emulate the game in a sick way.
