Curling has chosen to have 4 team make the playoffs but why would any league give a team a bye to the final?

The Page System has been used in Canada for quite awhile and it works really well. Worlds have now chosen to use that system as well.

Errr CFL?

Not really sure that the page-system works that well. Games get redundant at the end of the week. Especially with a bronze medal game! That was weird.

Remember its the Worlds. The Olympics have a bronze metal as well.

Last time I checked they also had to play a round robin with the top two teams meeting in the final.

Of course there is usually tie breakers to determine the top two teams.
