Exactly. Although I wouldn't recommend goal keeper.

Are you a woman? Look around in your city for the women's city leagues and try out with a team that plays in the division that fits your skill level, or a skill level above that (keeps you on your toes).

Edit: I get it now, FOL. Wow, I'm slow. You dirty.

If that's the case, my internal organs sure look unattractive and are annoying. I have a 29 waist. The stomach portion sticks out to like 32-33 inches after a meal! It's very uncomfortable and visably noticeable through clothing. Looks like I'm pregnant. I guess I can consult a doctor. Maybe I have an alien gestating inside of me.

You say it's not untrue, then say you might have to drop all the way to 5% body fat. Well for certain body types hitting 5% body fat is neigh impossible and further more unhealthy. 5% body fat is even low on the range for competition body builders, cyclist and runners.

My cousin and his friends did it this way...

It works by artificially elevating your metabolism...... Aspirin thins the blood.. and Caffeine and Ephedrine have their obvious effects....

MY cousin lost close to 20 lbs in a month.... but he didnt sleep much that month..

Oh and do not do it if you have a pre-disposition to heart problems.

thats not exactly uncommon, think about it all that food you just ate had to displace something to make room for itself, it is especially pronounced in smaller people. If thats the issue you probably just need to strength your core muslces more so they aren't as relaxed all the time.

So if one's going just the cardio route for now (I'm still in weight loss mode so I don't want to add any weight training, I don't get enough protein for that), what's a good regimen on an elliptical?

Right now I do 3 to 4 times a week of 30 minutes, and keep my heart rate at about 150-155. My max rate I think is 185 (I'm 35). I'm not in nearly good enough shape to go to HIIT as I'd probably give myself a heart attack (I had zero cardio). I use the cardio program which varies the resistence up and down a bit so my rate goes up and down. I've got a strap monitor which makes it really easy to target my rate.

Anyway, any suggestions on making sure I'm maximizing my effort there?

Heh, if by properly you mean well balanced but very small portions yeah. I'm on a super low calorie diet, medically supervised.

doing weights and cardio is really good but the key to fat loss is actually diet. Try eliminating things like pop that contain a high amount of sugar. Eat good carbs like brown rice and try eating 6-7 smaller meals in a day to keep your metabolisms speed up. Also try to eliminate drinking beer and maybe switch to another alcohol with a lower amount of calories if you do still want to drink

agreed, played a year and a half of goal for a bad team and was in the best shape of my life. I did d a lot of work in practice to help that along with other pick p games of hockey and what not, But Goal can be tiring, those nets are huge.

Like 1000 calories a day. I've lost a LOT of weight on it, and I had a lot to lose.. I'm about 2/3rds of the way.

I know it isn't the most ideal diet, but it was the only thing that would really work for me, at least to get me on the right path anyway. Now that I'm down 2/3rds I have more energy and am much more willing to exercise and such, but when I started I wanted a plan that I know would work without adding exercise. I know myself and I had to start somewhere
