They were here in Tampa a few weeks ago, totally rocked, fantastic show.

Petty was so wasted when he was talking; such a high-pitched, girly voice, just blitzed out of his mind it seemed. Winwood was stellar as well.

His concert made me remember in the Free Fallin video there's a kid with a flames hat. I was at the Edmonton show last night and Petty was awesome. Definately would go and see him again and again.

Bumping an old thread. Tom Petty is making his way through Canada this summer. He's in Calgary on June 15 and Edmonton the day after.

I've yet to see the guy, but it seems to me like Tom Petty would best be seen outdoors, on a late summer night out in the countryside somewhere.

Saw him last year at the gorge. went down and bought off some scalpers that simply needed to sell the tickets for some friends.

I saw Tom Petty in Atlanta about 7 years ago I think now. It was a pretty amazing concert. I was shocked at how high quality the sound was - it was like listening to a CD, in the best possible way.
