This is why I only go to movies with certain people, as most people my age won't shut the up during a movie, so I'm really only willing to go with about 4 different people haha. If theres one thing that drives me nuts its someone trying to carry on a conversation during a movie or going with friends that are dating having them make out during the entire thing.

Or someone who's just texting the entire time.
Or yelling into their cell phone that they're at a movie and how awesome it is.
Or drag you to some crappy movie because they thought you would also think that Stomp the Yard is the greatest movie ever.
Or get you kicked out because they won't stop screaming at laughter at inappropriate things.

Its the worst when you go with a large group.

Yeah, I've had bad experiences with friends at movie theatres...

Ugh, I've got a friend like that. Such a nice, happy girl, who'd bend over backwards to help anybody. But bring her to a comedy at the theatres and you'll hate her guts for roughly 2 hours. Not only does she laugh at EVERYTHING(even scenes where 99% of the theatre isnt laughing), but she also has this loud, booming, almost cackling laugh. Took her to see Talladega Nights, and after that I'll never take her to another comedy ever again(though of course I didnt tell her this). She was seriously busting a gut even during the opening credits, we had people turning around and staring at us, it was embarassing.

Fortunately I for one, do not have important things to do. I will continue bashing Spiderman 3 all day.

As for the drive-in, I've had good experiences with the drive in because it includes one of the most important factors of any movie going experience:

You're isolated from all the crazy ######bags.
It also brings new meaning to the phrase.."If this vans a rockin please don't come a knockin
