For my day shifts, 6:00am the alarm goes off, and I'm out of bed and headed for the shower at 6:04. Out the door 7:24 during the week and on weekends, 7:30.

For a closing shift, and on days off, I'm up at 6:30am so I can give myself my insulin shot(same time every morning). After that, I'll eat something, and head back to bed until around 10 or so.

Weekdays I'm up at 7:15... weekends varies on the night before, but even if I partied till past 4AM I can't sleep past 10.

Houses here in Japan aren't centrally heated, so it sort of goes with the season. In the summer and warm months (June-September) I'm up by 6:00-6:30, as it's too hot to lie in bed and sweat (plus, with no daylight savings time the sun rises at 4:30-5:00 so it throws off your body clock). In the winter I aim for 7:00, but usually wind up not getting out of bed until about 7:20-7:30 as it's too cold. Living here is sort of like some kind of perpetual camping trip....

Friday and saturdays are pretty random.

I travel a lot for work so it depends on my flights - anywhere from 4:30 to 8:30
and when not on the road, I work from home and then usually get up anytime btw 6-9

Not as bad as you'd think.

Weekends... I don't roll out of bed until 10:30-11am, or whenever I can smell coffee being brewed!
