Not really the same "team". Will Ferrell and team are always in Judd Apatow's silly movies such as Anchorman and Talledaga and Seth Rogen and team always headline Judd Apatow's smarter, more plot driven movies. In the cycle it's just time for a silly movie that's all.

Not to derail the thread, but am I the only one that was disappointed with Knocked up? I love Seth Rogan, Jonah Hill and Paul Rudd, but I just wasn't impressed with that one at all. There were a few good parts, admittedly, but overall, I wasn't happy with it.

I loved that movie. I was especially fond of how it gives depth and heart to your basic raunchy R-rated comedy. Also, a lot of the dialogue and situations reminded me of my own life. I can't tell you how many times I've had conversations where all of a sudden someone will spout a quote like, "Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads." Really identified with that.

Took in the Fan960 premiere of the "Kite Runner" movie. Thought the movie was both awesome and moving. Haven't read the book yet so i'm not sure how accurate the movie is. Definately worth a see.

I'm so glad to hear this. I read the book and thought it was amazing. I was concerned the movie couldn't match up. I'm really looking forward to seeing it.
