Well it was the only time to list as the house we wanted to buy was up for sale at that time too. Up until two weeks ago we were getting several showings per week.

It is likely just the market that's not getting you your sale.

We launched a new condo last week in Mission and it's not moving either. The market seems to be sitting still right now.
We have another HUGE launch next weekend which will be pretty telling to see how the market is as we are expecting to have a massive response and sales to our building.
