The problem with this theory in every day life, is that physical appearance is what will score you the window to display all the other characteristics.

I'm way more likely to talk/listen to an attractive woman, than a fugly, and the same is true the for the other sex. You're giving them a chance to inform you of all their other traits.

It plays in everybodies subconscious whether they want to admit it or not.

I'm more likely to listen/talk to any woman. Who knows, they may have traits I might like. Besides I like meeting new people.
