Is that worth it to buy? I have HL and HL:2 and throughly enjoyed them. 4-6 hours for ten bucks seems like a toss up.

For what I paid ($8 when Bestbuy had a sale a couple weeks ago) it seemed pretty reasonable. But I would have been pissed if I would have payed $20-$25 like it originally was.

Sounds like a great price. I don't know much about these. Can you continue using your computer while there is a blackout or are they only for safely shutting it down?
I ordered a new computer from them on the weekend, some great prices.

A lot of gas. I made a weekend trip to Saskatoon, so I spend a little money getting there and back, as well as in the 'toon.

It depends upon the size of the unit. This one will only run for a few minutes depending upon the load. It isn't a big unit, but it will keep things running nicely through short power fluctuations. For less than $30, I figured there was very little downside. No more reboots when the power flickers.

Hey, thanks for the info Bobblehead. I had two power outages last night, while I was typing a message, so it made me think of an alternative. The good thing is Firefox let me restore my pages and tabs.

I bought a dress for a rehearsal dinner I have to go to for my friends wedding. But I am now rethinking it. It may be too much.

I bought an Xbox 360, it came with Hitman: Blood Money, Forza MotorSport, Crackdown, and WSOP'07, then I bought Gears of War and Nhl'07 to go with it, and the cooling fan, extra controller, and Xbox live Gold for a year.
