Hmmm invisible might be more useful, but flying would be more romantic in that life sense. Wind in your face, going out for a midnight flight. Would do wonders for stress i think. Plus, would also be useful.

If you can fly you can go on holiday whenever you want but you still have to earn money to pay for the hotel, drinks, drugs and hookers etc.
If you are invisible you can steal all the above but you have to find an empty seat on a plane.

Oh, I wouldn't sell the flyer's ability to commit crimes short. You could make a fortune just fencing rooftop patio furniture. And think about it -- the higher up people live, the more money they have and the less likely they are going to lock the patio door.
"Honey, wait, I forgot to lock the sliding door".
"Dear, we are on the 39th floor. I think it's okay".
Then you hover over the garage to see them leave then you clean 'em out.
There is the tiny problem of being easily recognizable. If you fly by someone's window with a flat-screen tv in your hand, they are going to know who you are, even if you have a nylon stocking over your head.
My vote is for flying.

Invisitble. The ramifications of flying would be huge (people see you flying, the government wanting to control where you fly, bugs oh thing of the bugs in your face, not to mention you can't fly that high due to the air pressure at high altitudes, wouldn't want to get hit by a plane either).
Invisible, no one can see you so no need to worry about people controling when and where you can be invisible... I'm liking that junior high girl's locker idea
