Does anyone love the re-make of War Pigs by Cake as much as I do? I love that re-make for some reason. And I generally despise 99% of re-makes, which makes it even more bizarre!

It's been a good year so far.
New songs that I'm not sick of yet:
"March into the Sea" -Modest Mouse
As previously mentioned, "Young Folks" is a great tune.
"Intervention" -The Arcade Fire
"Rag and Bone" -The White Stripes (CONCERT IN A WEEK AND A HALF!!! )
The first 4 songs on the !!! cd are pretty snazzy too.

To me, the Arctic Monkeys always seem to sound like a carbon copy of the Libertines. Not dissing them, mind you, but the similarities are hard to ignore.

Seconded. GREAT disc. As expected, I've grown tired of the track Icky Thump though. Damn you radio airplay! An early fave is "Bone Broke".
Speaking of overplayed...I don't need to hear the new Smashing Pumpkins song ever again...until the album drops.

I don't listen to them much anymore, but if I find myself listening, it's always tip or Greyest. The self titled one didn't do it for me except for conversations alone.

Anyone else diggin' the New Maroon 5 album? I thought the first single, 'Makes Me Wonder', was crappy when I first heard it, now I am digging it!

Arcade Fire - The Well and the Lighthouse, Antichrist Television Blues
I can't stop listening to their new album, but these 2 are my faves on it.
Haven't picked up the new Wilco yet - any comments from fans?

Booooooooring. It's a decent album I suppose but I haven't really had any desire to pop it on since the first week when it came out.

Alexisonfire - Rough Hands
Killswitch Engage - This Fire Burns
Pop Levi - Blue Honey
Chk Chk Chk - Yadnus
