For fans of Lohan and Duff I will add the oft forgotten Amanda Bynes. She is a hottie, a more talented actress than Hillary Duff and doesn't have the bitchy diva attitude of Lohan.

No way! Not attractive at all (in Hollywood terms)!

Duff and Lohan are WAY looking better than Amanda Bynes...quite frankly don't care about talent or attitudes of tween stars. But that's me.
