ha ha ha, a thread about dips, now I really have seen everything!

I don't know if this is considered a dip, but babaganoush is fantastic. You can get it at places like Extreme Pita or the Pita Pit, it's eggplant, and it's delicious... it doesn't cause cancer either, as far as I know.

On top of that, sushi just wouldn't be sushi without the soy sauce!

Tostitos brand Salsa Con Quelso(sp?) with no salt tortilla chips... mmm.

And I LOVE the Southwest sauce from Subway, but unfortunately it's not a dip

Nothing beats it except for having your jaw removed due to oral cancer.

Lots of wings and ranch lovers out there, count me in that group as well.

Speaking of which, http://www.hotwings.ca/ is decent for those of us on a budget. I know it came in handy when I was a starving student, not that I have that much more money now...

Best wing/dip combo I think is Pizza Hut. Expensive, but not saucey, kind of a dry hot wing if that makes sense. Much easier to scoop the ranch dip on!

I was waiting for someone to mention that. Nothing beats a good beef dip! Some of my personal favourites are the Bufford's Deluxe at the Kensington Pub, while technically not a "beef dip" the addition of cheese and bacon to a traditional beef dip with the option of Au Ju makes this a winner in my mind, as well as the Beef Dip at Tipperary's whose apple BBQ sauce and banana peppers along with sauteed onions and cheese make this a great beef dip with a little extra fruity zing to mix things up. Honorable mention to Molly Malone's and the Unicorn's beef dips for being great in a very traditional manner, real roast beef and drippings make for a beef dip with less flash but certainly not less flavour.

...Hi, my name is Kevin and I have a Beef Dip problem...
