I have to admit, that is pretty that they bury stuff in unrelated legislation to sneak it through. I honestly had no idea they did this, but then again, I don't follow American politics in any way, shape or form. Bizarre stuff.

That his "style". He would rather nitpick about something the poster does, or he himself interprets, than focus on the topic and the facts presented. It's the way of "his kind". They like to wave their arms and obfuscate matters with garbage that is irrelevant in the big picture. Next thing you know, he'll be talking about "gay marriage" and how we should be "afraid of the terrorists".
