I ate at a Chipolte's in San Fransisco when I visited family, must say it was nothing to write home about, but then again I live in what could be considered north mexico so there is plenty of mexican food. My main complaint about Chipolte was there items branded as "hot" wasn't anywhere near mild compared to food here.

Old Dutch chips - in the flavors we are used to are available in the U.S. because contrary to what many Western Canadians thing, Old Dutch is originally an American company from Minnesota and Old Dutch Chips are available there and some other Nothern mid-west states.
