I'll read anything Anti-Religion anytime and I have enjoyed reading what Cheese has posted in the past. Religion is BS and there is nothing wrong with posting about why it is that way. Everyone here who has a problem with Cheese and what he posts can simply ignore and not bother opening up the thread.

I am getting sick and tired of those who feel the need to gang up on someone in a thread, flexing their big bad cyberspace muscles. If you don't like it, read soemthing else instead of making me waste my time and reading the crap that you write.

Exactly how some of us feel about Cheese's posts, so why the double standard?

I am reading a thread that I want to read, yet I find posts in it bashing Cheese.

You read a thread that you don't have any interest in but decide to bash Cheese and ruin it for those of us who actually want to read it.

Get it?

Cheese posts yet another tireless thread about religion. Even if it was just for humor, a Cheese post about religion always turns into an attack on religion. He holds the double standard that religious people are not allowed to teach their beliefs but he is allowed to preach his belief that religion is false (and he is more relentless than any religions group I've ever seen).

Well Cheese could at least title his threads appropriately so I don't have to read his over the top zealous, humanist missionary crusade all the time.

He's worse than the Jehovah's witnesses.. To be fair, it could be because he is 'whipped' as his first wife was religious, so was he. His second wife is atheist, so he is too. So let's all think of Cheese's missionary as really his mission to him getting laid.

Atta boy Cheese! You go!

What was the point of this paragraph?

People were asking why he is so zealous in respect to his atheism and I was putting forth my theory.

Just curious, how is one supposed to know from the subject "Giggle of the day" that it was about religion? Yes, I opened it, saw what it was about, then left. I saw Hulkrogan had posted so I thought to my self "this should be good" so I opened it, saw his post, and chuckled.

Myself, I take what is said; especially here in the OT section with a grain of salt if I know the person. Hulkrogan, BBS, Fotze I'm sure have all taken pot shots at me. And I'm sure I've taken shots back at them. But if I start a thread and I see something that could be meant to be hurtful, or funny at my expense, I assume the latter.

Because I know myself; the people on here who I truely dislike; I just ignore their posts.

I have nothing better to say to you than...you sir ar a 1st class 100% ass. Once again you show your ability to be nothing more than a jerk...one that has been called out in almost every post you try to suggest your theories in. Your total lack of human knowledge allows even the weakest to see through your facade.

Cheese..... I enjoy reading about religious stupidity of any flavour, but I really wish you weren't such a childish and useless debater. As the poster boy for atheism (or secular humanism, or whatever you want to go by), you're making the rest of us look bad and stifling any REAL debate that could be had.

If you feel the need to dispute this, go back and read your second post in this thread. Let's see you try to justify that as being a mature response to Hulk's harmless (although useless) post.

well Cube....I have tended to never call anyone down in any posts...feel free to check back and see for yourself. I always try for the high road. There are a few guys who for their lack of reasoning prefer to attack whatever I say at every opportunity without any basis whatsoever...regardless what I do or say. Its all in an effort to get me to stop posting about the idiocy of religion. Id rather they post anything with reason...but sometimes thats to much to ask.
The post title said it all...Giggle of the Day...for those who arent able to laugh at it, well thats their problem, and I simply called them out the same way they have been jumping on me at every chance they get. No biggie really....except WhiteDoors who does that to everyone who doesnt agree with him...and thats pretty much everyone.
As to stifling debate? I dont think I follow you in that regard...all of the posts Ive started...which actually are far fewer in this topic than those who think otherwise....all get high hit and post counts....which is what this board needs to keep their sponsors happy.
Off topic is what it is...I dont propose to put disclaimers on anything I start and wont until the mods decide enough is enough. There is simply no need.
If someone doesnt like what I writre simply do NOT open the thread....I stay away from posts I have no interest in...its easier.

wow, two pages of pretty much personal attacks so I figure I will chime in

been around here long enough to know that when cheese says something it's usually religious based. It's his right to do it and it's my choice to not read it when he posts it (and I don't) sorry cheese I find your rants boring but I don't read them over and over and get pi**ed off about them.

The only reason I opened the thread was because of the "giggle of the day" topic and it should be changed as to not "lure" people in.

Point is if you don't like it just click the back button and move on.

I didn't think it was the best way to break into the CP community, but since you asked...

Wouldn't that be like G.W.B. saying, "Until the President of this great nation tells me to stop, the war in Iraq will continue!"

Are you serious? In this thread alone we've seen these gems from you...

"I have nothing better to say to you than...you sir ar a 1st class 100% ass."
"...but thats ok well let you have your toys and you can go play in the corner."
" and once again the Sun shines in with the name Bring Back Shantz....like we care about what you think?"
"Well that was a well thought out response wasnt it? Take ya what? 12 days?"
" wow that was smooooothe BBS...mustve thought that one over for a long time. Maybe you want to expand on your theories a bit so everyone has a chance to understand the inner workings of the wheel that turns in your brain?"
" This coming from a kindergarten teacher? Your responses kill me...really."

And to start it all off...

"Its satire you moron...."

If you don't tend to call people down, then I'm the highest posting member of CP.
