Yes, yes and yes.
BN = bench (Your reserve players) They don't get points unless they are moved to a position or the util spot.
DL = Disabled list. An injured player will be able to go on the DL, so you can pick up a free agent to take his place until he is healthy.

It can get set in 2 ways.
The first one, and the one we did last year, was the draft order is randomly determined about 30 minutes before draft time by Yahoo. Once you sign into the draft page, you see the order accross the top of the page.
I can also manually set the draft order, but I see no need to do that. The only benefit to that would be we would know were we pick well in advance so we can plan out picks a little better. That would only really make a difference for the 1st couple of rounds though.
I think I ended up with first pick last year, and ended up trading it away anyways, and finished 1 spot out of the playoffs.
The draft order will snake, so whoever picks last in round 1, picks 1st in round 2.
