I honestly have no idea where to slot him. Seems to have some great tools but I know very little about him. It’s going to be hard to put him ahead of Misa, Stromgren and Kerins!, for me but he seems like a guy that could make a huge jump in the rankings next summer after we all get better acquainted with the his game

Stockselius is actually an exciting prospect IMO, when considering that injuries and a battle with cancer have significantly stunted his growth and physical development- and yet he has been able to put up some elite offensive numbers. I think we might have a serious steal on our hands when he fills out and gets stronger, and he already has a responsible two-way conscience.

Do we know where Stockselius is going to be playing next season? He had decent numbers over in Sweden last year.

He was drafted in the second round, 83rd-overall by the Seattle Thunderbirds in this year's CHL Import Draft, but I haven't heard anything about him signing with them. I think he's going back to Djurgardens' J20 team, and will get some call-ups to the men's league this season.

It would be ideal if he goes back and gets some time with Djurgårdens mens team. They got promoted this year to the top Swedish league. Considering how young Stockselius is (still 17), we could have a real player on our hands here.
