If Blackwood is too sick to dress, they'll need to bring their EBUG: 4x8 Sheet of Plywood.

Oilers have signed Plywood to a 7yr X $17.6mm

If the Flames win and Hunt scores the winner...I will spend the rest of my weekend watching the Hunt for Red October on repeat until 11:59 on Sunday night with no sleep.

Make me miserable Flames.

Looking at the Flames schedule they really needed that win v VAN on Wednesday.

Like Weegar said it was not one point gained, it was three points lost.

I’ll do the same except with Porky’s.

Tough stretch of games starts tonight. Makes that loss against the Canucks hurt that much more. I don't like Calgary's chances against Colorado especially with the team's best defensive center out of the lineup, but any team can surprise and the Flames have some work ethic, commitment to playing structured hockey, and a phenom in net. Here comes another playoff game tonight for them!

I don’t know about you but I really hope the flames win 15-0.

I have a feeling it will be 1-0 or 2-1 though.

Of course not. Guess I was just saying a flames loss tonight open the door for the Canucks to take a big 4 point lead this weekend. Yes, with 2 in hand.

Were going to need big nights from Frost and Farabee. They're going to have to fill some shoes since we can't put much expectation on Hunt to do a lot except be steady.

If the Avs show up it's likely to be a beat down.

I think Hunt is getting a bit of an unfair shake on there...he is 2nd on the Wranglers in scoring (1 point back) and first in points per game. He is also the top forward in plus/minus.

"typical Flames call up another grinder when so and so is down there" (scoring less)

Nobody is being snubbed here, the guy with the best stats is coming up to play a very meaningful game. If they were 10 points back you could make a case of trying out some younger player.

There is no starker contrast between players than Nathan and Yegor. So our offence line with Nazem and Jon will have to shut down Nathan.

So who is going to score? Maybe move Matty somewhere else? Put Martin on teh top/checking line?

That doesn't count. You were going to do that anyways.

Stop it! I can't expend my brain energy on this.
