She’s worth her weight in plutonium IMO.

I might get flamed for this, but that’s ok.
Remember when I insisted for a couple of years that Stromgren was still a good prospect? I think we can all agree that, while there are no sure things as far as making it into the NHL, he’s looking now like a pretty good bullet in the gun these days.
I really believe that the new Stromgren is one of my favourite Flames’ prospects in Parker Bell. Like many youngsters in the organization, he’s being brought along slowly (which is the right way to do it), but we’ll be talking about him in a different light the next few seasons.
He’s 6’4”, and while I don’t think his puck skills are as good as Stromgren’s, he is a better skater and owns an NHL-caliber shot.

Bell has intrigued me over the years as a dark horse candidate but I have been wondering whether he tops out as a 4th-liner.

Didn't the father of one of the prospects pass away in the middle of last year? Was that Morin?

His counting stats don’t point to much more than that. I think sandman just likes him because he is a big boy

I still hold a candle for stromgren. He oozes skill and poise with the puck. I think he needs to train with Pospisil or Kerins in the summer because his motor/urgency could benefit from an upgrade.

Kerins seems to have taken a page out of Coronatos improvement.
Kudos to All thr Flames trainers , coaches for highlighted attention to where and how these prospects need help and then reinforcement by using examples within the organization.
Having thr Wranglers here has definitely helped. If this continues and we draft kids with winning pedigrees wow thr future is bright.
Exciting times now and coming

CHL players born in 2005 (Morin, Basha, Misa) are eligible next year. Players born in 2006 (Parekh, Mews, Battaglia) are not.

Unfortunately, Gridin is a 2006 and could be best served in the AHL next season but he can't play there.

They'll just have to make the NHL I suppose.

She's awesome, my girls have been lucky to have her out a few times in the past and they loved it.

He can play in the AHL next year, I believe he was drafted out of the USHL and could have gone to the AHL to start this season.

I believe he forfeited that ability after signing in the CHL.

I am way more excited about our smaller skilled prospects myself. Seen more than enough doorman Chris Dingman’s and Jason Wiemer’s pass through the system.
The Flames prospects to be excited about imo are
Forwards
Misa
Suniev (has size as well)
Gridin
Honzek (has size as well)
Battaglia
Maybe Basha
Defence
Parekh
Mews
Hunter

Well, his size in only part of the story, and unlike the two you mentioned above, Bell can really skate. I knew when I posted about him that I would receive backlash, but just wait a year or two…
